Course Related
How many classes should I take each week?
We’d suggest starting with 2-3 classes a week if you’re a beginner. This gives you plenty of time to review and practice between lessons.
How long is a class?
Our class durations vary by course. Immersive Chinese courses, such as HSK, YCT, and Speech, are one hour long, while Native Chinese Courses, BCT, and art classes last one and a half hours. Thank you for your interest.
How many students will there be in a class?
The class size depends on the course. Group Chinese classes and children’s speech courses accommodate 6 to 10 students, while art classes are limited to 15 students. Thank you for your interest, and please feel free to reach out with any additional questions.
Do you offer one-on-one and online courses?
Yes, we are pleased to offer both options.
How can I check the course schedule?
We provide a detailed class schedule. Parents are welcome to refer to it for checking and following their child’s classes at their convenience.
What should I do if I need to adjust my course schedule?
Please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Who are your Chinese courses suitable for?
Our courses are tailored to different age groups and goals. For young children, we offer immersive Chinese classes to build foundational skills. Teens and adults can choose programs like HSK, YCT, BCT, or Native Chinese courses to improve language proficiency, prepare for exams, or enhance workplace communication. We also provide art classes to inspire creativity. Each course is designed to meet specific needs.
My child is a complete beginner in Chinese. Where should he/she start?
We will assess their current level and recommend the most suitable class for them.
I have plans to study and live in China. What courses do you recommend?
We recommend the HSK course. It is the official test required for applications to study in China.
Do you provide textbooks and learning materials?
We offer carefully selected textbooks and learning materials to support your studies. Please note that these are not included in the course fees and can be purchased separately.
Payment and Refund
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfers.
If I am unable to continue classes due to special circumstances, can I apply for a refund?
We sincerely apologize, but refunds are not available.
What are the operating hours of the institution?
Our institution is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and we are happy to assist you during these hours.
Do you offer extracurricular activities?
Yes, we offer a variety of extracurricular activities including summer and winter camps, birthday parties, and events celebrating traditional Chinese festivals.
Are the facilities well-equipped and conducive to learning?
Our facility is designed with comfort and learning in mind. We have spacious classrooms, modern equipment, and a friendly, safe environment for all students. We also offer areas for activities to make learning fun and interactive.
If there are any make-up classes available if I miss a lesson?
Yes, We offer one complimentary one-on-one makeup session for customers who purchase one course package. For other situations, we currently do not offer additional makeup classes.
Are there courses available for students with special needs?
Yes, we offer courses to meet the specific needs of students. Please feel free to reach out, and we will discuss the best options for your requirements.
Do you provide extracurricular activities or cultural exchange opportunities?
Yes, we plan to organize summer camps, birthday parties, and cultural outings such as visits to museums. Please stay tuned for more details.
How do students receive feedback on their progress and performance?
Yes. Parents can track the child’s progress through term-end exam results and certificates of completion. Additionally, regular class feedback will be provided as well.
