Our course is designed to guide students in understanding and learning the art medium of oil painting, starting from the basics and gradually delving deeper, covering all aspects of oil painting creation.
Fundamentals of Oil Painting
In the fundamentals section, we teach students how to use painting tools and materials, including various brushes, palette knives, canvases, and boards. Additionally, students will learn about the characteristics and mixing methods of different brands and colors of oil paints, as well as the roles and usage techniques of mediums and solvents.
Technical Enhancement
During the technical enhancement stage, our course will explain the principles of composition and perspective, including the application of classic composition methods and perspective techniques.
Creativity and Personal Style
In the creativity and personal style section, our course encourages students to engage in free creation, expressing their own ideas and emotions, and creating a series of related works.
Furthermore, we will introduce the major schools of thought and representative artists in western art history. By observing, appreciating, and emulating these styles, students will analyze the characteristics and techniques of each school, and find the style they prefer easily.
